2. Grundsatz: Deine Daten bleiben bei dir
Casira ist so gebaut, dass deine Verbrauchs und Vertragsdaten auf deinem Gerät bleiben und, wenn du iCloud nutzt, in deiner privaten iCloud gespeichert werden. Der Anbieter dieser App hat auf diese Daten keinen Zugriff und speichert sie nicht auf eigenen Servern.
3. Welche Daten werden verarbeitet
a) Von dir eingegebene Daten
Zählerstände, Verbrauchswerte für Strom, Gas, Wasser und Heizöl, Tarif und Vertragsdaten, Abschläge und optional eine Objektbezeichnung. Diese Daten werden lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
b) Synchronisation über iCloud
Wenn iCloud aktiv ist, werden deine Daten über Apples iCloud (CloudKit) zwischen deinen Geräten synchronisiert und in deiner privaten iCloud gespeichert, nicht beim Anbieter. Es gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irland). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
c) Käufe und Abonnements
Die Zahlung übernimmt Apple über den App Store. Zur Prüfung der Kaufberechtigung nutzt Casira den Dienst RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). Dabei werden eine pseudonyme Nutzer-Kennung und Informationen zum Kaufvorgang verarbeitet, keine Klarnamen oder Zahlungsdaten. Die Übermittlung in die USA wird durch Standardvertragsklauseln abgesichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und lit. f DSGVO.
d) Kamera und Foto-Belege
Der Zugriff auf Kamera oder Fotomediathek erfolgt nur bei aktiver Nutzung und erteilter Berechtigung. Ein Foto, das du als Beleg an eine Ablesung heftest, speichert Casira zusammen mit deinen übrigen Daten in deiner privaten iCloud und synchronisiert es dorthin. Weder der Anbieter noch Dritte erhalten diese Bilder, und sie werden nicht ausgewertet. Du kannst einen Beleg jederzeit wieder entfernen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und lit. b DSGVO.
e) KI-Energieberater
Der KI-Energieberater arbeitet ausschließlich auf dem Gerät und verarbeitet deine Daten lokal. Es werden keine Daten an externe KI-Dienste oder an den Anbieter übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
f) Technische Diagnose
Über den App Store kann Apple, sofern du zugestimmt hast, anonymisierte Absturz und Nutzungsdaten in aggregierter Form bereitstellen. Weitere Analyse oder Tracking-Dienste sind nicht verbaut. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
4. Empfänger der Daten
- Apple (App Store, iCloud, Zahlung): Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irland, bzw. Apple Inc., USA.
- RevenueCat, Inc., USA (Verwaltung der Kaufberechtigung).
Darüber hinaus werden keine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben. Kein Verkauf von Daten, keine Werbung.
5. Speicherdauer
Deine Daten bleiben gespeichert, solange du sie in der App behältst. Du kannst einzelne Einträge oder alle Daten jederzeit löschen. Löschst du App und iCloud-Daten, werden sie entfernt.
6. Deine Rechte
Dir stehen Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) zu. Einwilligungen kannst du jederzeit widerrufen. Da der Anbieter keinen Zugriff auf deine Geräte und iCloud-Daten hat, übst du diese Rechte direkt in der App aus.

7. Datensicherheit
Die Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt (TLS). Der Schutz der iCloud-Daten richtet sich nach den Vorkehrungen von Apple.
8. Kinder
Casira richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder und verarbeitet nicht wissentlich Daten von Kindern.
9. Änderungen
Diese Datenschutzerklärung kann angepasst werden. Es gilt jeweils die hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

2. Principle: your data stays with you
Casira is built so that your consumption and contract data stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud. The provider has no access to this data and does not store it on its own servers.
3. What data is processed
a) Data you enter
Meter readings, consumption for electricity, gas, water and heating oil, tariff and contract details, advance payments and, optionally, a property name. This data is stored locally on your device. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
b) Synchronisation via iCloud
If iCloud is enabled, your data is synchronised across your devices via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) and stored in your private iCloud, not with the provider. Apple's privacy policy also applies (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
c) Purchases and subscriptions
Payment is handled by Apple via the App Store. To verify entitlement, Casira uses RevenueCat, Inc. (USA), processing a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase information, but no real names or payment data. Transfer to the USA is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
d) Camera and photo proofs
Access to the camera or photo library occurs only when you actively use the feature and grant permission. A photo you attach to a reading is stored alongside your other data in your private iCloud and synchronised there. Neither the provider nor any third party receives these images, and they are not analysed. You can remove a photo at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
e) AI energy advisor
The AI energy advisor runs exclusively on the device and processes your data locally. No data is transmitted to external AI services or to the provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
f) Technical diagnostics
Via the App Store, Apple may, if you have consented, provide anonymised crash and usage data in aggregated form. No further analytics or tracking services are included. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of the data
- Apple (App Store, iCloud, payment): Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland, or Apple Inc., USA.
- RevenueCat, Inc., USA (entitlement management).
No data is passed on to any other third parties. No sale of data, no advertising.
5. Retention period
Your data remains stored for as long as you keep it in the app. You can delete individual entries or all data at any time. If you delete the app and your iCloud data, it is removed.
6. Your rights
You have the rights to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time. As the provider has no access to your device and iCloud data, you exercise these rights directly in the app.

7. Data security
Transmission is encrypted (TLS). The protection of iCloud data is governed by Apple's safeguards.

Casira is not aimed at children and does not knowingly process children's data.

2. Zasada: Twoje dane zostają u Ciebie
Casira jest zbudowana tak, aby Twoje dane o zużyciu i umowach pozostawały na urządzeniu, a jeśli korzystasz z iCloud, w Twoim prywatnym iCloud. Dostawca nie ma dostępu do tych danych i nie przechowuje ich na własnych serwerach.
3. Jakie dane są przetwarzane
a) Dane wprowadzane przez Ciebie
Odczyty liczników, zużycie prądu, gazu, wody i oleju opałowego, dane taryf i umów, zaliczki oraz opcjonalnie nazwa obiektu. Dane przechowywane lokalnie na urządzeniu. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
b) Synchronizacja przez iCloud
Gdy iCloud jest aktywny, Twoje dane są synchronizowane między urządzeniami przez iCloud (CloudKit) firmy Apple i przechowywane w Twoim prywatnym iCloud, nie u dostawcy. Obowiązuje dodatkowo polityka prywatności Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irlandia). Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
c) Zakupy i subskrypcje
Płatność obsługuje Apple przez App Store. Do weryfikacji uprawnień Casira korzysta z RevenueCat, Inc. (USA), przetwarzając pseudonimowy identyfikator użytkownika i informacje o zakupie, bez imion i danych płatniczych. Przekazywanie do USA jest zabezpieczone standardowymi klauzulami umownymi. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO.
d) Aparat i zdjęcia dowodowe
Dostęp do aparatu lub biblioteki zdjęć następuje tylko przy aktywnym użyciu i po udzieleniu zgody. Zdjęcie dołączone do odczytu Casira zapisuje razem z pozostałymi danymi w Twoim prywatnym iCloud i tam je synchronizuje. Ani dostawca, ani osoby trzecie nie otrzymują tych zdjęć i nie są one analizowane. Zdjęcie możesz w każdej chwili usunąć. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a i b RODO.
e) Doradca energetyczny AI
Doradca AI działa wyłącznie na urządzeniu i przetwarza dane lokalnie. Żadne dane nie są przesyłane do zewnętrznych usług AI ani do dostawcy. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
f) Diagnostyka techniczna
Za pośrednictwem App Store Apple może, o ile wyraziłeś zgodę, udostępniać zanonimizowane dane o awariach i użytkowaniu w formie zbiorczej. Żadne inne usługi analityczne ani śledzące nie są wbudowane. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
4. Odbiorcy danych
- Apple (App Store, iCloud, płatności): Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irlandia, lub Apple Inc., USA.
- RevenueCat, Inc., USA (zarządzanie uprawnieniami).
Poza tym dane nie są przekazywane osobom trzecim. Bez sprzedaży danych, bez reklam.
5. Okres przechowywania
Twoje dane są przechowywane tak długo, jak trzymasz je w aplikacji. Możesz w każdej chwili usunąć pojedyncze wpisy lub wszystkie dane. Po usunięciu aplikacji i danych iCloud zostają one usunięte.
6. Twoje prawa
Przysługują Ci prawa: dostępu (art. 15), sprostowania (art. 16), usunięcia (art. 17), ograniczenia (art. 18), przenoszenia (art. 20) i sprzeciwu (art. 21). Zgody możesz wycofać w każdej chwili. Ponieważ dostawca nie ma dostępu do danych na urządzeniu i w iCloud, prawa te wykonujesz bezpośrednio w aplikacji.

7. Bezpieczeństwo danych
Transmisja odbywa się w sposób szyfrowany (TLS). Ochrona danych w iCloud podlega zabezpieczeniom Apple.

Casira nie jest skierowana do dzieci i nie przetwarza świadomie danych dzieci.
9. Zmiany
Niniejsza polityka prywatności może zostać zmieniona. Obowiązuje wersja opublikowana tutaj.
